CHEF'S SHOW MENU - 11th August, 2010

Salads 
* Mixed salad of rucola and baby spinach with olives, basil pesto and Parmesan cheese
* Roman salad with sour cream, yoghurt, garlic and pepper piperade with bacon

Choice of grilled meat specialties
* Roasted salmon fillet with rosemary
* St. Jacob’s mussels on sage butter
* Grilled Argentine tenderloin and prime rib steak on fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, lavender)
* Smoked goat cheese in green tea with ginger in crust of peanuts, maple syrup and thyme

Side-dishes
* Indian cheese pancakes served with hot turmeric sauce with cucumber and onion
* Roasted potatoes with ground cumin and garlic oil
* Roasted vegetable (beet, corn, peeled tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, baby zucchini)

* Mini tartelettes with mascarpone and strawberries

* Lamb chops in lemon thyme with honey and pine nuts
* Roasted fillet of freshwater trout with lime and sea salt in banana leaf
* Tiger prawns on pastis with garlic and fresh rosemary
* Fried escargots skewer in Parmesan pastry

* Roasted Moroccan potatoes rolled in English bacon with garlic
